Here are our fees for house call visits:

Fees for Dental Treatment:
After your housecall examination and consultation with our Dentist, a Patient Care Coordinator from our office will follow up with you to make arrangements for any subsequent dental treatment you may need.  At that time, you will receive a detailed proposed treatment plan with an explanation and itemization of all related fees.

PAYMENTS

Bay Area House Call Dentists is a private, fee-for-service practice.  Payment is due in advance or at the time services are rendered.  For certain types of treatment, payment may be required in advance.

We accept cash, money orders, personal checks, traveler’s checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  Credit card payments can be made by phone.

We also accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FLEX (Flexible Savings Accounts) payments. Please consult your tax advisor for more information about these benefits.

For patients interested in financing their dental treatment or arranging a payment plan, we recommend Care Credit, a credit card service designed specifically for health care payments.

INSURANCE REIMBURSMENT

Bay Area House Call Dentists is among a growing number of health care providers who have chosen not to contract with any dental insurance agencies. We feel strongly that this allows our dentists to make medical decisions based on our patients’ needs rather than insurance company guidelines.

If you have dental insurance, we will be glad to help you receive reimbursement for your allowable benefits.  As out-of-network providers, we will file your dental claim on your behalf and arrange for all dental insurance reimbursements to be sent directly to you.
